What You'll Be Doing

As an Interior Designer, you will manage your clients from the initial enquiry through design development and project execution.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handle and convert company-provided sales enquiries into successful projects
• Understand clients' requirements, lifestyles, budgets and design preferences
• Provide professional advice on space planning, materials and interior aesthetics
• Develop mood boards and design proposals to communicate concepts clearly
• Present and discuss design proposals confidently with clients
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers during project execution
• Conduct site visits and oversee project progress and workmanship
• Manage client relationships throughout the renovation journey
• Ensure a positive client experience from consultation through project completion

Full Training & Guidance Provided

You don't need to know everything from Day 1.

For newcomers to the industry, we provide structured guidance including:

• Step-by-step mentorship
• Project handling and renovation knowledge
• Materials and product training
• Sales and client management coaching
• Design consultation and presentation techniques
• SketchUp training
• Guidance on managing projects from sales through completion

SketchUp proficiency is not required when joining. We will train and help you improve.
