Sales Interior Designer (Training Provided)

About the role

Join our growing interior design team and build a career in both design and sales. We are looking for driven, creative and self-motivated individuals who enjoy meeting people and creating beautiful homes. No interior design experience? That's okay. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Meet homeowners and understand their renovation needs, lifestyle and budget
• Develop space-planning and interior design concepts
• Prepare quotations and present proposals to homeowners
• Create and present 3D design concepts
• Coordinate renovation projects from sales to completion
• Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners
• Follow up with leads and work towards individual sales targets
• Participate in company events, training and team activities

About you

• No prior interior design experience required
• Sales, customer service or design experience is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative with an interest in interior design and renovation
• Responsible and able to manage projects independently
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed basic salary.
