Sales Intern – Recruitment Company

We are looking for a B2B Sales Intern to join our recruitment company for a 3–6 month internship. The ideal candidate should be interested in Sales, Business Development, and Recruitment and should be comfortable communicating with companies and HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential B2B clients and companies.
• Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and cold emailing.
• Connect with HR professionals and decision-makers.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on business leads.
• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.

Requirements

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Recruitment.
• Comfortable speaking with companies and HR professionals.
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn, and cold emailing.
• Proactive, confident, and willing to learn.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• 2026 pass-out candidates are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Stipend: ₹10,000/month
