Sales Intern

Fika is building a new way to find and hire great people.

Instead of relying on CVs and cover letters, candidates have a short AI-powered conversation that helps companies get to know them beyond what fits on a CV.

We’re now looking for a Sales Intern to help us bring Fika to some of the most exciting companies in Sweden and beyond.

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with the founders and get a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup builds its go-to-market from scratch.

You’ll help us find great companies, reach out to founders and hiring teams, join customer meetings, help onboard new customers and experiment with new ways to grow Fika.

This is not an internship where you’ll sit on the sidelines. We want you to take ownership, talk to customers, test ideas and see the direct impact of your work.

Who we’re looking for

You might be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Are ambitious, curious and comfortable taking initiative
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Like learning quickly and figuring things out as you go
• Are excited by startups, technology, AI or business

You do not need previous sales experience . We’re open to students, recent graduates and people from completely different backgrounds who are excited to learn.

Experience in sales, startups, recruiting, student organisations or building your own projects is a plus, but definitely not required.

More than anything, we’re looking for someone with energy, curiosity and the drive to make things happen.
