Sales Intern

Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales and marketing activities to promote LearnGate’s educational programs and services. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, includes assisting with lead generation, responding to inquiries, and following up with potential and existing learners. The intern will help coordinate customer interactions, participate in outreach campaigns, and support basic sales presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collecting and organizing customer feedback, assisting with training sessions or events, and collaborating with the team to enhance visibility and enrollment. The role provides hands-on experience in an educational setting, working closely with sales, marketing, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with learners, parents, and colleagues.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and maintain a positive learner experience.
• Sales skills to support lead generation, follow-up, and basic enrollment processes.
• Training and Sales Management support skills to assist in organizing sessions, events, and tracking sales activities.
• Interest in education, training, or learning services; prior exposure to educational environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools; familiarity with social media or marketing platforms is a plus.
• Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.

Pay: AED10.96 - AED51.10 per month
