Sales Intern

About the Role

The Sales Intern will provide support to the Sales team in handling client inquiries, preparing basic sales documents, and assisting with day-to-day sales activities. This role provides an opportunity to learn about the sales process, client communication, and coordination with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team in responding to client inquiries and requests.
• Help prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Assist in organizing and updating client and sales records.
• Coordinate with other departments to help ensure client requests are properly communicated.
• Support the Sales team during meetings, events, and other sales activities when needed.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform other basic administrative and sales-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well with others and handle multiple tasks.
• Has a positive, professional, and “can-do” attitude.
• Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and willingness to take initiative.
