Sales Intern

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Sales Intern to join our real estate team. The candidate will assist in generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding client requirements, and promoting our real estate projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in real estate sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
• Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and investment opportunities to clients.
• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective buyers.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the real estate industry.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
