Sales Internship

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Sales team in daily sales and administrative activities.

* Support the team in handling enquiries, quotations and sales-related correspondence.

* Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations and other sales materials.

* Support the coordination of corporate events, meetings and hotel functions.

* Assist with client follow-ups and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Assist in updating and maintaining customer and corporate account records.

* Support sales calls, client visits and promotional activities when required.

* Assist in preparing daily/weekly sales reports and tracking sales activities.

* Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

* Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by the Sales Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing or a related field.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.

* Able to work independently as well as in a team.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

* Presentable and confident when dealing with clients.

* Able to commit to the required internship period.
