Role: Sales & Marketing Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our expanding team. If you have strong communication skills and an interest in healthcare or ed-tech sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with doctors and healthcare professionals via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Explain Doctorshala programs and guide prospects based on their needs
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels
• Maintain and update CRM records regularly
• Follow up with interested candidates and assist in conversions
• Support the sales team in daily operations and strategy execution

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Comfortable with calling and client interaction
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Available for a minimum internship duration of 2–3 months

Stipend:

• Fixed + Performance-based incentives
