Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Generation: Create and issue sales invoices based on confirmed orders and delivery receipts.
• Data Verification: Check prices, discounts, quantities, and customer details before billing.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Work with sales, warehouse, and logistics to confirm order completion.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Fix billing errors, issue credit memos, and update customer files.
• Record Keeping: Maintain clean digital and physical filing systems for all billing documents.
• Reporting: Prepare daily or monthly invoicing summaries for the finance team.

Job Requirements
