Wellness Sales Representative – Inbound & Showroom

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Sales Consultant to manage incoming enquiries and guide clients through the full sales process.

Leads will come primarily from Instagram, WhatsApp, the company website, marketing activities and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Understand the client’s needs, budget and timeline.
• Arrange and conduct showroom appointments.
• Present and demonstrate wellness products.
• Recommend suitable products and explain their features, installation and maintenance.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
• Handle questions and objections and close sales.
• Update the Lead Tracker or CRM.
• Support clients throughout the purchasing and after-sales process.
• Keep the showroom organized and ready for client visits.

Requirements

• Min 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, premium retail, wellness or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in presenting and selling premium products.
• Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good organization and consistent follow-up.
• Willingness to learn technical product information.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, email and basic CRM tools.
