Sales ladies

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and professional Sales Lady to promote and sell our products/services, assist customers, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.
• Explain products, services, prices, and available offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote products and actively generate sales.
• Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare sales orders, quotations, and basic sales reports when required.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
• Ensure products and displays are clean, organized, and attractive.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and pleasant personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Presentable and customer-focused.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Good command of English and Arabic is preferred.

Working Conditions:The position may involve working directly with customers, attending promotional activities, and meeting daily or monthly sales targets.
