LANOVE is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide an excellent shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Recommend suitable clothing, shoes, and accessories based on customer needs.
• Support sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and presentation standards.
• Keep the store, displays, and fitting rooms clean and organized.
• Process sales accurately through the POS system.
• Work with the team to achieve store sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Presentable, professional, and confident with customers.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must have a transferable Visa 18 in Kuwait.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
