2. Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, assist them with their needs, and provide excellent service.
• Product Knowledge: Understand the products, prices, promotions, and special offers to provide accurate information.
• Sales and Promotion: Recommend suitable products, promote special offers, and encourage customers to make purchases.
• Product Display: Maintain an attractive, clean, and organized product display.
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, arrange products properly, and report low stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Billing and Payments: Process customer purchases accurately and handle cash, card, and other payments according to company procedures.
• Customer Complaints: Handle customer concerns politely and refer complicated issues to the supervisor.
• Store Cleanliness: Keep the sales area, shelves, counters, and display sections clean and tidy.
• Daily Sales Targets: Work toward achieving assigned sales targets and supporting the overall business goals.
• Inventory Support: Assist with stock counting, receiving deliveries, and checking product quality.
• Reporting: Report daily sales, customer feedback, stock shortages, and any operational issues to the supervisor.
• Company Policies: Follow company rules, working hours, dress code, and professional standards.
