Sales Lapangan

Responsibilities:
-Conduct in-person visits to merchants based on designated areas and business types.
-Present and explain partnership opportunities to merchant owners or managers.
-Approach and negotiate with merchants to secure new partnerships.
-Activate merchants until they meet the “Valid Merchant” criteria.
-Conduct follow-up visits and maintain merchant relationships in accordance with SOPs.
-Maintain good relationships with merchants who have partnered with us.
-Ensure that table stands are set up and vouchers are distributed according to the guidelines.
-Record data and document the results of visits.

Qualifications:
-Minimum education: high school diploma or vocational school diploma, or equivalent.
-Current students and recent graduates may apply for part-time positions.
-Able to work toward targets.
-Possess good communication skills.
-Confident and able to approach potential merchants.
-Own a personal vehicle.
-Hold a Class C driver’s license.
-Willing to work actively in the field.
