We're looking for a hungry, motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our customer base and unlock new B2B opportunities.

The Role

This is a full-time SDR position with real earning potential for the right person. You'll be the front line of our growth engine, finding, qualifying, and connecting with potential clients who need our specialty shipping services.

What You'll Do:

🎯 Generate and qualify B2B leads (estate companies, galleries, antique dealers, aerospace, e-commerce, interior designers, and more)

📞 Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

🤝 Build relationships with decision-makers and convert conversations into booked jobs

📊 Manage your pipeline in our CRM and track activity against targets

🚀 Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and identify new verticals

💡 Bring ideas — we want someone who thinks like a partner, not just an order-taker

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience in inside sales, SDR, or business development roles

✅ Strong written and verbal communication, you can write a clean email and own a phone call ✅ Self-starter who thrives in a remote, goal-driven environment

✅ Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking your own activity

✅ Bonus: experience in logistics, shipping, freight, or B2B services

✅ Bachelor's degree preferred (but hustle and track record beat credentials)

💰 Compensation:

This is a $25/hr + uncapped commissions, designed for closers and self-starters who want their income tied to results, not a ceiling.

Realistic earnings:

Average closed shipment value: $2000-$5,000+ (high-value, high-margin work)

Top performers with a built book of B2B accounts can exceed $200K+
