What they need
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team, who loves to meet new people, solve problems and finds fulfillment out of contract negotiations. This individual must have sales experience in cabinets, appliances or closets. Experience in adjacent industries may be considered. Designers are a plus.
We are looking for one who is motivated as it is a strong 100% commission compensation model. We cater to home builders and designers in Southern Utah.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

Proficient in Google Drive & Tools and email

Able to maintain exceptional customer relations
Understanding and promoting company programs
Maintain knowledge on new product offerings

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Able to quickly build a rapport with both clients and suppliers
Experience with computers and company technology
Skilled in measuring job sites
Great persuasive and negotiation skills
Description:
Job Responsibilities Include:
Maintain relationship with active builder accounts
Prospect for new builder accounts
Submit quotes
Write contracts
Report to- Sales Leader
Attend weekly sales meetings & Expert Team Reviews
