Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, merchandising, and promotional activities to maximize store performance
• Manage weekly operations such as inventory control, stock replenishment
• Oversee employee training & help with growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales expectations
• Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate shift management and communicate effectively with staff and customers
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing customer inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently

Experience

• Demonstrated success in managing retail operations including inventory control, stocking, sales strategies
• Strong background in recruiting, training & development
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Experience in managing sale product knowledge across various categories is advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills combined with time management abilities to oversee multiple responsibilities efficiently
