CardMasters by Marcommax Enterprises is one of the country’s leading customized printing and fabrication companies, with operations across multiple strategic business units — Garments, Frames & Prints, Signages, Awards & Plaques, Corporate Giveaways, and Packaging.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead – Packaging & Labels to supervise the sales team, monitor sales performance, and ensure accurate processing and timely fulfillment of packaging and label orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide sales associates in achieving sales targets.
• Attend to customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, customer orders, and pending transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of Job Orders (JOs) and product specifications.
• Coordinate with clients and production to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve order-related concerns.
• Prepare sales reports and recommend improvements to sales operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in packaging, labels, printing, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to work on-site from Monday to Saturday.
