We are hiring an Admission Counselor to help guide students through the admission process. If you are passionate about education and have strong communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential leads through online research, databases, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct market and prospect research to identify target customers.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to connect with prospects.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements, interest, budget, and buying potential.
• Maintain and regularly update lead information in CRM systems.
• Schedule meetings and product/service demos for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain consistent communication.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation activities and targets.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
