销售管理管培生 Sales Management Trainee

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、协助海外销售数据的收集、统计与核对，维护CRM系统中客户信息、商机进展及合同台账。 2、配合跟踪海外销售任务完成进度，协助编制销售报表及管理报告，提供基础数据支持。 3、参与销售管理制度与流程的执行监督，协助政策传达与落地跟踪。 4、协助对接海外人力、财务、物流等职能部门，参与组织海外销售相关会议与活动。 岗位要求： 1、2027届本科及以上学历，专业不限，市场营销、商务管理、财务、统计等专业优先。 2、英语六级或同等水平，有海外留学经历或小语种能力者加分；熟悉基本办公软件，对数据敏感。 3、具备快速学习与主动钻研意识，对海外业务运营及装备制造行业有兴趣、有热情，能适应驻外及差旅。 4、积极主动，责任心与细心度高，具备良好沟通协作能力，愿意接受跨文化环境挑战。 Job Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, counting and verifying overseas sales data, and maintain customer information, business opportunity progress and contract accounts in the CRM system.
• Track the completion progress of overseas sales tasks, assist in compiling sales statements and management reports, and provide basic data support.
• Supervise the implementation of sales management systems and processes, and assist in policy communication and implementation tracking.
• Cooperate with overseas functional departments including human resources, finance and logistics, and assist in organizing overseas sales meetings and activities. Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 20
• No major restriction; Marketing, Business Management, Finance, Statistics and related majors are preferred.
• CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; overseas study experience or minor language skills are a plus. Familiar with basic office software with a good sense of data.
• Strong active learning and self-research ability, passionate about overseas business operation and equipment manufacturing industry, and adaptable to overseas stationing and business trips.
• Proactive, responsible and meticulous in work, with excellent communication and teamwork skills, and willing to embrace challenges in cross-cultural working environments.
