Duties

• Engage with customers through outside sales efforts to promote products and services effectively
• Support sales management initiatives by participating in training sessions and team meetings
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in person with professional etiquette
• Maintain accurate data entry records for sales transactions, inventory updates, and customer information using our tablet system
• Conduct public speaking engagements to present product features or promotional offers confidently
• Keep up with evolving product knowledge through our provided training sessions

Requirements

• Proven experience or interest in sales, retail, food service or any environment where there is at least 50% customer interaction
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently through face-to-face interactions and over the phone follow ups
• Valid driver’s license with standard passenger car operation experience; clean driving record preferred
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and administrative processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent customer service standards
