Duties

• Engage with customers through outside sales efforts, promoting products and services to meet their needs

• Conduct product presentations and public speaking engagements to educate clients about offerings
• Collaborate with team members on sales strategies, negotiate deals effectively, and participate in organizational planning for sales campaigns
• Leverage CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly

Skills

• Proven experience or interest in outside sales, retail sales, or automotive rental industry preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse customer bases effectively
• Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and negotiation techniques
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and resolving issues promptly
