Sales Manager 2

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Drive commercial profitability, strategic planning, sector analysis, and sales & marketing plans to achieve business targets.
• Develop client and EPC specifications, ensuring products are included in key vendor lists through presentations and stakeholder engagement.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, EPCs, PMCs, contractors, and applicators to drive business continuity and growth.
• Manage CRM, project pipeline, forecasting, and business development across existing and new opportunities.
• Develop and manage recognized applicator networks, ensuring performance against business objectives.
• Work closely with Technical, Specification, and Segment teams to develop applications, introduce new products, and drive market expansion.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in project sales or institutional sales in the building material industry.
• Strong understanding of product specifications and ability to communicate effectively about technical details.
• Proven track record of success in managing complex projects from start to finish.
