Sales Manager - 5 days’ work

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and pursue new sales opportunities to expand existing business
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring business satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful project execution
• Prepare compelling proposals, manage commercial negotiations, and close deals ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with industry trends in technology, and enterprise architecture to better serve client needs
  accurately forecast sales activities and revenue
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Performing other related duties and assignments/ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT solution sales, preferably within enterprise software or platform services
• Strong industry knowledge in solution services, including securities and payment systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand complex business requirements
