Sales Manager, APAC- Loading Computer Software Product (Maritime/Offshore)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will actively be responsible for SecureLoad Loading Computer Software Product Portfolio Sales in the APAC Region. You will work closely with SecureLoad global team in India.

The Responsibilities

• Actively work towards achieving the set sales targets
• Develop customer relationships with ship owners, ship managers, and shipyards in the maritime and offshore industry
• Actively participate in market development activities and events to grow the customer base and brand recognition
• Perform other sales and market development related tasks as assigned

About you

• Degree in Maritime Studies, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in managing sales for ship performance and energy or electrical engineering/automation technology
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and self-motivated
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working remotely with teams in different time zones
• Dedicated to customer care and capable of solving technical challenges and adversity
• Willingness to travel overseas
• Proficient in MS Office, IT tools, and able to read technical drawings
• Calm and persistent during sales cycle and handling customers
