Sales Manager - Bancassurance Axis

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in Bancassurance space.
• Build strong relationships with branch teams to drive business growth through cross-selling insurance products.
• Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to existing customers.
• Monitor performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide coaching to improve sales team's effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

• 0-7 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field (insurance sales).
• Strong understanding of branch banking operations and processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
