Sales Manager (Base + Commission)

About the role

You will be responsible for driving nationwide sales of the Company's automotive lubricant products (including engine oil, transmission fluid, and related products). Your role focuses on building and managing a strong distributor network while ensuring pricing discipline and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategy and targets for all products
• Build, recruit, and manage distributors and dealers across Thailand
• Drive sales volume growth while maintaining pricing discipline
• Prevent price undercutting and protect brand positioning
• Manage key accounts and strategic partners
• Lead, train, and supervise junior sales representatives (if applicable)
• Monitor sales performance and achieve agreed revenue targets
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit risk
• Identify new market opportunities (e.g. workshops, fleets, B2B clients)
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
