SALES MANAGER /CIVIL ENGINEER – WATERPROOFING

CORMIX International Ltd is creating a new Waterproofing Division and is looking for an ambitious individualto lead its growth across Thailand.

This is more than a sales role it's an opportunity to create a business. You will be responsible for developing the waterproofing market, establishing long-term customer relationships, creating the sales strategy, and ultimately recruiting and leading your own sales team.

We also welcome applications from Civil Engineers who are looking to move from technical or project roles into an exciting commercial career. If you understand construction and enjoy working with people, this could be the ideal next step.

Your Opportunity

Initially, you will:

1. Develop the waterproofing market throughout Thailand.
2. Identify and win new business with contractors, applicators , developers, consultants and distributors.
3. Promote CORMIX's high-performance waterproofing systems.
4. Build strong relationships with key decision makers.
5. Develop sales plans and market strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

As the business grows, you will:

1. Recruit, train and lead a dedicated waterproofing sales team.
2. Develop national sales strategies and regional growth plans.
3. Mentor and develop future sales professionals.
4. Become the commercial leader for one of CORMIX Thailand's fastest-growing business units.

We're Looking For

1. Experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, building materials or the construction industry OR
2. A qualified Civil Engineer looking to transition into a rewarding commercial career.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Commercial awareness with the drive to grow a business.
5. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-oriented.
6. Willingness to travel throughout Thailand.
