• Responsible for new project quotation, engineering change quotation, and cost calculation.
• 负责新项目报价、工程变更报价及成本核算。
• Create price transitions and negotiate price agreements for series and spare parts with customers.
• 创建价格过渡方案，并与客户协商批量及备件价格协议。
• Manage outstanding claims, ensuring cash flow through tracking and collection.
• 管理未决索赔，通过跟踪和催款确保现金流。
• Track project delivery status to ensure on-time delivery.
• 跟踪项目交付状态，确保按时交付。
• Coordinate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues affecting cost and customer satisfaction.
• 与生产、物流、工程等部门跨职能协调，解决影响成本和客户满意度的复杂问题. Qualifications: 任职资格：
• Bachelor degree, preferably in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 本科学历，优先考虑汽车工程、电气、机械等相关专业。
• Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive components sales.
• 至少3年以上汽车零部件销售经验。
• Experience with premium OEM customers such as BMW and Mercedes-Benz is preferred.
• 具有宝马、奔驰等高端客户服务经验者优先。
• Good knowledge in English language.
• 良好的英语语言能力。
• Proficient in Excel and PPT.
• 熟练掌握Excel和PPT。
• Strong business negotiation skills.
• 具备出色的商务谈判能力。
• Excellent cross-departmental communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills.
