Sales Manager

What You Will Do

• Design, document and continuously improve our sales playbook (process, scripts, objection handling, CRM discipline)

• Coach and develop salespeople through 1:1s, ride-alongs, role-play and structured feedback

• Set, track and enforce KPIs and targets across the sales team

• Run structured pipeline and forecast reviews, reporting results to leadership

• Recruit, onboard and performance-manage sales talent as the team grows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field

• 5–8 years of sales experience, with 3–5 years in a sales leadership, team lead, or coaching/training capacity

• Proven experience managing or developing a sales team, not just individual sales performance

• Prior exposure to B2B, industrial, engineering, or technical/long-cycle sales is an advantage

• Experience using CRM systems and building or enforcing structured sales processes

• Strong data literacy — able to build, read and act on pipeline, forecast and conversion reports

• Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills

• Mandarin is an added advantage
