Sales Manager

Qualifications

1.At least three+ years of sales experience in switchgear or switchgear apparatus

2.Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

3.Business fluency in English or at least one major European language.

4.Commercial acumen, cross-cultural agility, and a collaborative mindset.

Role and Responsibilities

1.Develop customer/channel partner relationships, identifying opportunities, and convert leads into confirmed purchase order in evolving European markets.

2.Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and end-to-end project delivery with technical support teams.

3.Analyze market trends, policy shifts, and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
