Sales Manager

• Manages the company's or product line's sales activities, including advanced sales activity. Negotiates program contracts for award.
• Calls on key accounts to establish & cultivate relationships, identify opportunities and increase sales.
• Represents products/services requiring technical product knowledge/performance features to specific accounts.
• Participates in quote reviews, identify areas that need improvement for quote presentation to customer.
• Report feedback from customer regarding product quality, customer service, overall performance and reasons for won/lost opportunities.
• Responsible for content in all sales reporting - SPA, Sales Headlines, 3-month updates, Sales Plan, NBO's & NBA's for specific customers/accounts.
• Reports on and keeps informed on any and all competitive activities
• Supports any/all MBR and Leadership related activities as required by the Sales Director. Key Requirements: 1. 5+ years relative experience, automotive/lean manufacturing preferred 2. -Strong technical knowledge of product & manufacturing systems
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word
