sales manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, direct, and develop the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and market updates.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Production, Logistics, and Purchasing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the rubber or chemical industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Established network within the tire, footwear, and automotive rubber component manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Strong customer network within the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
