Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and approach cafés, restaurants, salons, fashion brands, gyms, real-estate companies, studios, influencers, and other businesses.
• Meet business owners, founders, and managers and introduce Adbnana's services.
• Understand the client's current social media/content requirements and identify opportunities.
• Pitch services such as Reels, content shoots, video production, Instagram management, and social media growth.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, local business research, and direct outreach.
• Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the Adbnana team.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident personality and ability to communicate with business owners.
• Comfortable with field work and travelling within Mumbai.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media is preferred.
• Sales/field sales experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply.

Performance

The role is target-oriented and will be evaluated based on:

Business Visits → Leads → Meetings → Follow-ups → Conversions → Revenue

Note: This is a field-based sales role, so candidates should be comfortable meeting clients personally and travelling across Mumbai.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
