Role & responsibilities

• To achieve minimum productivity norm set by management.
• Periodic review of individual SM on a quarterly yearly basis & guide them on their development areas.
• Monthly review of the business & funnel of each individual SM.
• Leverage & drive activities of BDM to meet business objectives & better coverage through Op partners & PP resellers
• Meet existing and prospective customers to enhance KM brand & work towards improving customer satisfaction.
• Establish KM products across verticals viz Jobbers, Commercial printers, Publishers, SBOs, Offset Market to increase Km Market share and retain No. 1 Position.
• Drive Marketing activities such as roadshows & exhibition participation in the designated zone.
• Maintain good relationship with top customers in region. Retain KM top customers base and penetrate into competition top customers base.
• Identify new market segments and take a lead in promoting KM product line in those segments.
• Ensure 100% usage of CRM by team members.
• Identifying gaps in the territory in terms of MIF placement & plan the strategy to develop the territory
• Track competition activity and also to prepare counter strategy against the competition
• Accurate rolling forecast of machine requirement 3 months
• MIF protection in region
