𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in core banking and financial services sector
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within banking and financial institutions
• Manage and grow key client accounts, especially in core banking solutions
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Prepare proposals, lead presentations, and negotiate high-value contracts
• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the banking industry

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT industry, specifically in core banking solutions
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling enterprise-level clients (banking/financial institutions)
• Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital banking, or financial services technology
• Experience in managing sales team is a plus
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Target-oriented, strategic thinking, and able to work under pressure
