Purpose of the role: The purpose of the role is to provide Sales expertise in a dynamic real estate environment to be able to develop complete understanding of all sales verticals and evolve as a sales and marketing professional and build in-depth understanding of real estate market.

Key Responsibilities The Incumbent would be responsible for end-to-end lead generation & closure of Real Estate Sales.

Role description • Deliver positive customer experience to a distinguished client base. • Identify & Manage Channel Partners across geographies. • Closely work with other cross functional teams to ensure target delivery. • Gather & Analyze Competition data. • Generate Sales from various BTL activities. • Build & Maintain Relationship with Various Corporates to maximize sales revenue. • Staying Up to date with product & market knowledge

We expect you to have • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills • Pleasing Personality • Working Knowledge of MS Office • Ability to analyze complex data and translate into meaningful reports & presentations. • Willingness to Travel (Domestic & International) • Well versed in current affairs with keen interest in lifestyle products & services • Sales or Marketing Experience will be an added advantage
