Sales Manager – Florist & Gift Showroom

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Male/Female) to join our premium florist and gift showroom and lead our sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
• Develop new corporate and B2B business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP, corporate, wedding, and event clients.
• Identify new opportunities to increase sales and repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with florists, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Support seasonal campaigns, corporate gifting, weddings, events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain high showroom presentation and service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, or similar position.
• Experience in florist, gift, luxury retail, hospitality, events, or related industries is preferred.
• Bilingual – English & Arabic is required.
• Additional languages such as Russian, French, Hindi/Urdu, or other languages are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Target-driven, confident, well-presented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• UAE sales experience is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 4,000 per month
