Sales Manager

Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA), part of the Ambas Group of Companies based in Lipa City, Batangas, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations for electrical, instrumentation, and automation solutions serving power plants and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet individual and team quotas.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the power, industrial, and construction sectors.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and bid submissions in coordination with the technical team.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.

• Report sales performance and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the electrical, automation, industrial, or power-plant industries.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Experience in power plant, water, or mining industries is a big plus.

• Willing to work on-site in Lipa City, Batangas and travel to client sites as needed.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
