Are you an International Tax, Corporate, or Private Client professional looking to leverage your technical expertise in a more commercial, client-facing role?

Amicorp is looking for a Sales Manager to develop relationships with multinational businesses, entrepreneurs, family offices, and professional intermediaries seeking international corporate, fiduciary, and tax-efficient structuring solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals from International Tax, Corporate Tax, Private Client Advisory, Transfer Pricing, Trust & Fiduciary Services, or Corporate Services who enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities, and acting as a strategic advisor to clients.

Rather than providing tax compliance services, you'll work closely with clients and their advisors to understand their needs and connect them with the right international corporate and fiduciary solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Build and grow relationships with Corporate and Private Clients across international markets.
• Develop business opportunities through Law Firms, Tax Advisors, Accounting Firms, Family Offices, Private Banks, and other professional intermediaries.
• Understand clients' cross-border business and tax objectives and introduce tailored corporate, fiduciary, and financial solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations through to successful engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
• Represent Amicorp at conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Consistently achieve commercial and revenue targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What we're looking for

✔ 10+ years of experience within one or more of the following:

• International Tax
• Corporate Tax
• Private Client Advisory
• Trust & Fiduciary Services
• Corporate Services
• Legal Services
• Financial Services
• Business Development within professional services

✔ Strong knowledge of international tax and regulatory frameworks, including BEPS, CRS, FATCA, GAAR, and ESR.

✔ Existing network among Tax Advisors, Law Firms, Accounting Firms, Family Offices, Private Banks, or Corporate Service Providers is highly desirable.

✔ Experience discussing international corporate structures, cross-border investments, and wealth or business structuring solutions.

✔ Commercially minded with the ability to build trusted relationships and identify new business opportunities.

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✔ Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
