What they need
Qualification & Experience
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
Total experience: 10+ years, including minimum 4 years in product sales.
Experience in sales with Defence PSUs
Experience in sales with Non-Defence PSUs
Experience in heavy equipment sales in the private sector
Experience in product sales in the private sector
Strong understanding of tendering and government procurement processes
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
Proficiency in cost analysis and commercial evaluation
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
