Sales Manager

About the Role: Bisco Steels is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and grow our Vizag TMT

Based out of Vizag, you will be the face of our brand to industrial builders across the state. This is a field-heavy, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on building new accounts and closing high-value project orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of VIZAG - TMT bars

• Identify, develop and close new accounts in Steel markets

• Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, site visits, techno- commercial presentations, negotiation and order closure

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers,Hardware

• Monitor competitor pricing, market movement

• Submit weekly MIS reports on sales activity, pipeline status and collections

• Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction Candidate Requirements:

• 12 to 18 years of experience in B2B sales building materials especially steel - TMT bars,

• Self-driven with the ability to independently manage a large territory

• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, basic CRM tools and WhatsApp-based reporting Preferred Industry Background:

• Building materials likely TMT bars,Steels
