Sales Manager

About the role

This position involves overseeing the sales and operations of our outlet and managing the team. The candidate should have a strong background in retail sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall sales performance of the shops and team, including setting sales targets and monitoring progress towards achieving them
• Coach and train sales staff to ensure they have the product knowledge and sales techniques necessary to meet or exceed sales targets
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities, and make recommendations to management for staying competitive in the market
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales staff and provide feedback, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets
• Ensure delivery of 100% customer satisfaction
• Achieve district target set by the Management

About you

• At least a Diploma or Degree preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience in Retail, preferably in the Apparel Industry, with people management experience
• Passion in customer service and a strong communicator
• Excellent Leadership and People Management Skills
• Strong organization skills, analytical and detail-oriented
• Independent, attention to detail, and self-motivated
• Responsible and good communication skills
• Prior experience in the textile industry is an added advantage
