Sales Manager

The sales manager will focus on the formulation and implementation of acquisition, growth, and retention of segment customers by creating technical sales initiatives and strategies, offering technical consultations and inquiries for customer relationships, and building a high-performing team equipped with industry-related knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Improves sales through assistance in technical presentations, demos, negotiations, and deals in the segment-related industry.
• Promotes business growth by building partnerships and initiating sales opportunities.
• Implements segment strategies through technical expertise and team management.
• Leads segment-related processes by overseeing team performance and skills, resource management, and so on.
• Monitors the needs of the segment-related team by promoting organizational communication and initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing Management, or any business-related programs
• At least five (5) years of work experience in field-based sales.
• At least two (2) years of leadership role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to various locations in the Philippines.
