Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 per month + Commission

Travel: Required / Occasional business travel

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop new business opportunities, and achieve company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

* Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and analyse sales results.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service and business operations.

* Travel when required for client meetings, business development, events, and company activities.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related managerial role.

* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

* Willing to travel as required.

* Experience in managing a sales team is an advantage.
