Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handle and convert sales leads primarily through WhatsApp and calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Regularly follow up with leads and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide prompt service.

Preferred candidate profile

**MUST KNOW ENGLISH**

• Prior experience in sales, telesales, WhatsApp sales or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target-driven and highly motivated by incentives.
• Persistent with follow-ups and focused on closing sales.
• Jewellery or high-value product sales experience is an advantage.
