We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Kabayan Hotel, a property under The Legend Hotels International Corporation located in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will lead and manage our sales operations, driving revenue growth and achieving key business objectives for our 2-star hotel property.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
2. Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and optimal customer service
3. Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop tailored sales solutions
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
5. Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
6. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience (4+ years) in a sales management role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry
2. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
5. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
