Sales Manager

VPM Jewellery King is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team in Srivilliputhur, Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the showroom sales team.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor team performance and motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Assist customers and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor jewellery sales, stock, and showroom operations.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Train and guide sales staff on products and sales techniques.
• Ensure company policies and showroom procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales management or retail sales.
• Jewellery industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
• Good knowledge of sales and showroom operations.
