What they need
- To plan and monitor regional outlet/ counters sales activities
- Leading, motivating and managing the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- To visit to the responsible outlet / counter, develop and maintain rapport business relationship with shopping mall buyers.
- Monitor on outlets/counters stock to ensure that the merchandises are correctly matched for all area by the sales supervisor e.g. design, colors etc. are suit for the customer’s demands.
- Reduce the over carried of old stock, propose for inter- counter transfer or return to company’s warehouse when necessary.
- Prepare for and attend sales fair and other promotional opportunities. Represents Company at such events in order to generate sales leads and enhance brand image.
